TYPES AND SPECIFICATIONS
SPECIFICATIONS:ALL
OUR RECTIFIERS ARE EQUIPPED WITH DOUBLE DIGITAL DISPLAYS AND
SPECIALLY DESIGNED HIGH AMPERES PAKO SWITCHES. IN ADDITION TO THE
RECTIFIER AND TEST MACHINES IN MASS PRODUCTION, WE CAN ALSO PRODUCE
THE RECTIFIER AND TESTING MACHINE IN ANY POWER AND FEATURE UPON
REQUEST OF OUR CUSTOMERS.
OUR
RECTIFIERS ARE CONSISTING OF STATIONARY VOLTAGE RECTIFIERS- AUTOMATIC
REGULATED RECTIFIERS, AUTOMATIC REGULATED AND REMOTE CONTROLLED
RECTIFIERS, STANDARD SYSTEM RECTIFIERS, BATTERY TESTING SYSTEM
RECTIFIERS, RECTIFIERS EQUIPPED WITH TWO SEPARATE OUTPUTS, THREE
SEPARATE OUTPUTS AND FOUR separate OUTPUTS, WHICH ARE DESIGNED FOR
THE YACHTS AND SEA VEHICLES.
A
FIXED VOLTAGE NOT TO EXCEED THE MAXIMUM POWER OF THE BATTERY IS
APPLIED IN STATIONARY VOLTAGE RECTIFIERS. THERE IS A LABEL
INDICATING "BATTERY VOLTAGE INDICATOR" AND THREE LAMPS, WHICH ARE
YELLOW, GREEN AND RED COLORS, PLACED ON THIS LABEL. YELLOW LAMP SHALL
FLASH WHEN THE BATTERY IS EMPTY. WHEN THE VOLTAGE OF THE BATTERY
REACHES TO NORMAL LEVEL THE GREEN LAMP SHALL FLASH. YOU SHALL ALSO
NOTICE THE RED LAMP WHEN THE VOLTAGE IS AT THE TOP LEVEL. CONNECT THE
RECTIFIER TO THE BATTERY AND KEEP IT OPERATED UNTIL THE RED LAMP
FLASHES. TURN OFF THE RECTIFIER WHEN THE RED LAMP FLASHES AND RE-OPEN
WHEN YOU NOTICE THE YELLOW LAMP.
THERE
IS NOTHING FOR YOU TO DO EXCEPT PUSHING THE RECTIFIER OPERATING
BUTTON IN AUTOMATIC REGULATED RECTIFIERS. WHEN THE VOLTAGE OF THE
BATTERY FALLS BELOW THE NORMAL VALUE, RECTIFIER STARTS TO OPERATE
AUTOMATICALLY AND CONTINUES TO OPERATE UNTIL THE VOLTAGE REACHES TO
APPROPRIATE LEVEL. WHEN THE APPROPRIATE LEVEL HAS BEEN REACHED, THE
LAMP OF THE "BATTERY IS FULL" SHALL FLASH AND RECTIFIER SHALL
AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF. WHEN THE BATTERY IS EMPTY, THE
SAME SHALL REPEAT.ALL SPECIFICATIONS INCLUDED IN "AUTOMATIC
REGULATED RECTIFIERS" SHALL
APPLY TO REGULATED AND MANUEL RECTIFIERS. ADDITIONALLY, A PAKO SWITCH
WITH DIFFERENT STAGES AND A BUTTON PROVIDING AN OPTIONAL "AUTOMATIC-
MANUAL" FUNCTION ARE INCLUDED IN RECTIFIER. IF YOU PREFER THE
RECTIFIER TO BE OPERATED WITH AUTOMATIC REGULATED OPTION, THEN YOU
SHOULD ADJUST A CERTAIN AMPERES BY PAKO SWITCH AND PLACE THE BUTON IN
AUTOMATIC CONDITION. WHEN THE BATTERY BECOMES FULL, THE RECTIFIER
SHALL AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF. ON THE OTHER HAND IF YOU PREFER TO
ADJUST THE AMPERES AND VOLTAGE OF THE RECTIFIER IN MANUAL OPTION THEN
PLACE THE BUTTON IN MANUAL OPTION AND ADJUST BY STARTING FROM THE
FIRST STAGE PAKO SWITCH.
AN
AUTOMATIC FUSE IS INCLUDED IN STANDARD SYSTEM RECTIFIERS ON THE TOP
LEFT PART OF THE FRONT PANEL AND SUCH FUSE IS THE INPUT FUSE. TURN
THIS SWITCH ON BY LIFTING UPWARDS. THE LAMP ON THE FUSE SHALL FLASH.
THEN THE OUTPUT FUSE AT THE RIGHT PART SHALL BE TURNED ON. THERE IS A
PAKO SWITCH WITH 6 STAGES FOR THE ONES OF 12 VOLT AND 11 STAGES FOR
THE ONES OF 24 VOLTS. YOU MAY ADJUST THE AMPERES TO BE SUPPLIED TO
THE BATTERY BY USING THIS PAKO SWITCH.
FOR
THE RECTIFIERS WITH HIGHER VOLTAGE, THERE IS ANY OTHER PAKO SWITCH
INDICATING "
VOLT
ADJUSTMENT" ADJUST
THIS SWITCH IN THE MANNER OF EQUAL TO THE TOTAL VOLTAGE VALUE OF THE
BATTERIES TO BE CHARGED. PAKO SWITCH INDICATING "THE
AMPERES ADJUSTMENT" PLACED
UNDER THE OUTPUT FUSE, SHOULD BE ADJUSTED BY THE AMPERE TO BE
SUPPLIED TO THE BATTERIES.
THERE
IS A "BATTERY
TESTING PART" PLACED
UNDER THE BATTERY CHARGING PART FOR THE ONES FEATURING BATTERY
TESTING SYSTEM. A START SWITCH IS AT THE FIRST PART OF THIS DIVISION.
WHEN YOU PLACE THIS SWITCH INTO THE FIRST STAGE, DIGITAL
VOLTMETER SHALL START TO OPERATE AND INDICATE THE VOLTAGE OF THE
BATTERY. WHEN YOU PLACE IT INTO "START" STAGE, THE SPECIAL SWITCH
INCLUDED IN THE SECOND DIVISION SHALL START TO OPERATE. IT SHALL ALSO
PROVIDE YOU TO SUPPLY ANY LOAD IN VALUE, WHICH YOU HAVE SELECTED
AMONG FOUR STAGES PREVIOUSLY.
THE
FIRST STAGE OF THIS SWITCH SUPPLIES A LOAD OF 100 AMPERES. EACH STAGE
THEREAFTER SHALL ADD ANY PLUS 50 AMPERES. IT MEANS "
100
AMPERES IN 1ST STAGE,
150 AMPERES IN 2ND STAGE,
200 AMPERES IN 3RD STAGE,
250 AMPERES IN 4TH STAGE" YOU
SHOULD ADJUST THE DISCHARGE SHUNT LOADING CAPACITY BY THIS SWITCH FOR
THE BATTERY TO BE TESTED AND PLACE THE SWITCH AT THE FIRST DIVISION
INTO "START" POSITION. NOW THE MACHINE IS PROVIDING A SHUNT
LOADING CAPACITY IN ADJUSTED VALUE.
IT
IS NECESSARY TO TURN OFF THE OUTPUT FUSE AT THE BATTERY CHARGING PART
BEFORE STARTING THE BATTERY TESTING PROCESS. YOU SHOULD TEST THE
BATTERIES INDIVIDUALLY WHILE TESTING THE BATTERIES. THE
MACHINE SHALL WARN YOU IF
YOU TRY TO USE THE BATTERY TESTING PART WHILE SEVERAL BATTERIES HAS
ALREADY CONNECTED OR WITHOUT TURN OFF THE OUTPUT FUSE. DO
NOT RE-TEST WITHOUT CORRECTING THE MISTAKE.
ALL
CABLES EQUIPPED WITH THE COUPLING RING AND TONGS ARE SUPPLIED WITH
THE MACHINE IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGE. ALL CABLES USED IN
PRODUCTION OF OUR RECTIFIERS ARE MADE OF SILICON AND RESISTANT TO THE
HEAT. STATIC POWDER PAINT APPLIED TO THE OUTER SHELL. so ıt ıs
more durable agaınst any corrosıon and meltıng problems. ıt ıs
also avaılable to use ın humıd places.
OUR
MACHINES ARE UNDER WARRANTY AGAINST ANY FABRICATION FAULT FOR ONE
YEAR.
